Welcome to the Greenhut Construction Company, Inc. website. We hope you will find useful information about our company. In our fifty-four years of operation, we have completed over 1,000 projects totaling over $1 billion.

Our vision is to remain the premier contractor in Northwest Florida. We accomplish this through partnering, relationship building, and proven management skills. Over eighty percent of our work comes to us through negotiated contracts, most of which is for repeat clients. Our services are sought after because we place great emphasis on serving our clients in an atmosphere of professionalism and integrity. We work in several different contracting environments; either traditional general contracting, construction management, or design-build, depending on the needs of the client. Much of our work is accomplished on an open book basis and we normally arrive at a shared savings with the owner for cost efficiencies.

We perform projects from $100,000 to $25,000,000. Our bonding capacity is approximately $100,000,000. While nearly fifty percent of our previous three years sales has been related to hospital and healthcare work, we also construct a great deal of condominium, church, office building, and educational facilities. However, with over 1,000 projects under our belt, there are very few types of facilities that we have not undertaken.
